Beach hut in Southwold goes on sale for 60,000
Number 98B is believed to have sat on the seafront at Southwold, Suffolk for more than 100 years and is thought to be the only original beach hut left in the upmarket town.
But anyone who hopes to save money in the long run on bed and breakfast accommodation will be disappointed - council rules state that nobody can stay the night in it.
How much? The hut that measures just seven feet squared but has been put on the market at 60,000 although prospective owners will not be allowed to stay the night there
